Mold Desigh-oplossingen
Vóór de fabricage van de matrijs zullen we de tekeningen van de klant analyseren en indien nodig een oplossing voor ontwerpwijzigingen bieden. Het matrijsontwerp wordt vóór elk matrijsgebouw ter goedkeuring verzonden. Al onze gereedschappen zijn geconstrueerd volgens rigide DME- en Hasco -vormnormen. We gebruiken alleen hoogwaardig vormstaal van bedrijven zoals Uddeholm en International vormstaal (P20, H13,2344,420, S-7,718H, S136, enz.). Voor het hot runner-systeem gebruiken we MoldMaster, DME, Husky, Yudo, enz.
